I've run out of Phebe questions! I guess I have to come up with something to say on my own. So--one thing I've been noticing lately, in movies and TV shows, is how they light their scenes. Often, faces are lit exactly as I like to light them when I paint--with one half of the face in shadow, and one in light. It's such a nice, stark contrast. I don't always have complete control over the lighting, as was the case with this portrait, but I'm still happy with how this little beauty turned out.
