This sunset was spectacular the
night of a recent art opening high on a hill. But what struck me was that
almost everyone involved in the event was wearing oversized round tortoiseshell
glasses. I am exaggerating only a tiny bit. I asked the gallery owner (major
tortoiseshells) about this fact, but she and her bespectacled associate looked
at me blankly. So I still don’t know what was up with that. And I am still
curious.
